Since 1988 Paddy has been an innovator in the Technology Sector. In 2004, Paddy took a controlling interest in Phonovation Ltd. Paddy has overseen the company's development and change over the years for it to be relevant and a market leader in the ever-changing mobile messaging and technology sector.

Paddy completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and is currently undertaking a Masters in the subject. Paddy is also, an Accredited Practitioner and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Paddy is a keen horseman in his spare time and is one of Ireland's oldest amateur jockeys.
