Mirela is with Phonovation since 2020 and is our CTO. Mirela holds a BA in Electronics and Telecommunications and a Diploma in Management. Mirela has over 20 years’ experience in various technical functions. Mirela has a track-record of delivering projects, adjusting to fast requirement changes, and addressing critical issues to ensure the end success.

Mirela’s primary responsibility is to oversee the entire software development process and the underlying infrastructure design and maintenance processes. Mirela is experienced in guiding the team towards best practices and ensuring that our solutions adhere to the highest standards of quality and security. Mirela is fostering a culture of open communication and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that technological solutions align with the overall goals of the company.
