Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Michael is one of our Senior Site Reliability Engineers and prior to this worked as the Operations Manager within Phonovation since 2007, having worked in the SMS Industry since 1999. Michael’s time within the industry and passion for Messaging has allowed him to bring unparalleled experience and expertise to his role within Phonovation. As a Subject Matter Expert in messaging technologies and solutions, Michael plays a key role in design and implementation of best of breed solution's including Phonovation's award winning messaging platform InteractSMS.

Michael's main responsibilities include the Development and Maintenance of Phonovation's systems and services and the automation of the service deployment process. Furthermore, Michael’s depth of knowledge allows him to play a key role in incident/problem management including identifying and implementing preventive measures and resolving escalated tickets. Michael is responsible for system scaling using IaC Tooling. Michael also collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders across the business, wider Industry, and client base.
