System Administrator

Since joining Phonovation as a Systems Administrator in 2022, Leo has embarked on his first major career role post his studies in Computing. Prior to this, his experience spanned across working in data centres and as a GDPR analyst. Leo's responsibilities encompass managing the service desk, offering customer support, addressing internal IT needs, and contributing significantly to DevOps.

Leo is knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL, VMware and virtualization, networking, operations, security, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. Leo has added experience in Microsoft Azure and administration. Leo’s commitment to adhering to ISO 27001 standards plays a vital role in facilitating audits.

 A notable achievement in Leo’s time with Phonovation was the successful implementation of a new customer support ticketing system, which substantially improved customer satisfaction ratings. Leo is dedicated to modernising internal IT processes and developing new, efficient methodologies. At Phonovation, Leo's role is primarily focused on the practical and technical facets of IT support, along with enhancing organisational process efficiency.
