Gavin is the CEO of Phonovation since 2006. Before this Gavin worked with Esat Telecom, Energis and Colt Telecom in Senior Management positions providing him with a wealth of telecoms experience. Gavin has launched many successful services for Phonovation which has placed the company as one of the market leaders in the industry. 

Gavin holds a Degree in Business Management and a Masters in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School. Gavin is an award-winning Lean Principles Practitioner and Change Management Leader.
